Mr. Chang has eight years of private-equity experience in fund formation, fundraising, risk management, financial reporting, and full-cycle investing, as well as 12 years of Wall Street experience, with transactions totaling over $25 billion in M&A, leveraged finance, and corporate finance across numerous industries.
